…your duped.. it’s not christmas but new year. did i got you there?
hmm… just to let you all out ther how do i spend my new year. to me in the past new year was just any ordinary day. it doesn’t bring much significence besides a public holiday and heck I wondered why was it a holiday too.
but heck.,, this year though it’s nothing special happen I began to acknowledge why new is important. it might soounds ordinary and lame( yes, really lame) , i believe new year is a day where we reminiscent the mistakes, joys, loves, craziness we’ve got through for the past year. there’s been lots of stuff I did in year 2006. To me it should be my most memorable year (yeah, the year i turned 18.. and it a kewl year). Hmm.. let me think wat i did.. serve in the military(national service), got my driving license, got into university, hmm… and also some crazy stuff that i did which shouldn’t be disclosed to minors in my own definition hahahaha.
However on the day of new year itself is boring and utterly dull. just had instant noodle as my dinner.. *mentally screams : yeow can’t you treat yourself better on this new year* hhehe.. treating ur self lamely might be paradox of being a meaningful new year. you get to know the feelings of those that do not enjoy new year. there you have .. i make something lame into a unique event for me. So to those out there who felt bored or uninteresting thing of something to make this day unique. many might think this is bening denial but who cares right? it’s about you having a meaningful new year.
So cheer up, especially all my friends out there.
